We want you to relax and enjoy your stay, but to help keep things in top condition for all our guests, we do have a few important reminders:

✔ Smoke-Free Stay
Our homes are 100% smoke-free for everyone’s comfort. A $1,000 fee applies for smoking of any kind inside the property.

✔ TV Remote Safety
If a TV remote goes missing, there’s a $100 replacement fee — so please be sure to leave them where you found them.

✔ Clicker Care
Some of our homes include a special gate/garage clicker for your convenience. If it’s lost, a $500 replacement fee will apply.
